Simply Fires Limited reserve the right to decline orders received from this website.

Making A Purchase

We have tried hard to make it as easy as possible for you to purchase from us. Just browse our Products, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
It is your responsibility to check the goods you are purchasing - Simply Fires Ltd does not accept any liability for goods signed for and subsequently disputed.

Shipping And Handling

Delivery Charges - Delivery of all items contained within this site, to Mainland UK (excluding Scottish Highlands and off-shore) is included in the item price. Delivery Cost prices on application for exclusions above.

Delivery is approximately 10-14 working days. Should you have an urgent deadline to meet, please email for a quotation for an express services.

Delivery Schedule

We will endeavour to process all orders as soon as possible. We will clear your credit card transaction and will despatch within 3 weeks.

Quality is guaranteed! - If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we guarantee to exchange any goods or refund your money, provided you contact us within seven working days of receiving your order and the item is received back by us in its original condition within 28 days. Faulty/Damaged Goods & Returns Policy

To return unsatisfactory or unwanted goods, place the item(s) unused in the original packaging: Telephone 0870 242 3034 for your returns note number and instructions and return to: Simply Fires Ltd, P O Box 4117, Wolverhampton, West Midlands. WV5 9WZ

PLEASE NOTE: Simply Fires Ltd is not responsible for costs incurred in returning goods. We recommend that returned items are sent by Recorded Delivery. Personalised goods, or items made to customers' specifications, or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned are excluded. Also, the original cost of postage and packing cannot be refunded on personalised orders cancelled after the delivery process has started.

Should you have any reason to complain about the site, its contents, or our business in general please email: info@simplyfires.com We will always try to respond within 48hrs (and a maximum of 5 working days) of receipt of your email and will keep you informed of the progress of your complaint until it is resolved.
