Making A Purchase
We have tried hard to make it as easy as possible for you to purchase from us. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
It is your responsibility to check the goods you are purchasing. Simply Fires Ltd does not accept any liability for any goods signed for and subsequently disputed.
We accept VISA, MasterCard and Switch. Your account will be debited on receipt of order. Backordered items are not charged until they are ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, and snail mail or over the Internet.
After you have placed an order you may cancel within 7 working days. (email: returns@simplyfires.com) The goods must then be returned to us at your cost and the value of the order, less the original shipping charges, will be returned to you within a 30-day period.
PLEASE NOTE: Simply Fires is not responsible for costs incurred in returning goods. We recommend that returned items are sent by Recorded Delivery. Personalised goods, or items made to customers' specifications, or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned are excluded.
Shipping And Handling
Delivery Charges - Delivery of all items contained within this site, are included in the item price.
Delivery to is limited to the mainland United Kingdom is within 10-14 working days. Should you have an urgent deadline to meet, please email for a quotation for an express services.
Delivery Schedule
We will endeavour to process all orders within 48 hours of receipt (Monday to Friday). That is, we will have cleared your credit card transaction and will have notified you by email (or fax if you prefer) of the anticipated delivery schedule.
The basic despatch service enables in-stock product to reach UK addresses with a few days. Should you need to meet a deadline, faster services are available at additional cost.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. No charges will be made on your credit card until the goods are ready to be despatched.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added and included within the price of all items. The prices shown are inclusive of these charges.

Faulty/damanged goods: In the unfortunate event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, a replacement or refund will be arranged, whichever you prefer. Please contact faults@simplysfires.com and return the goods by mail (recorded delivery please) It is your responsibility to check the goods you are purchasing. Simply Fires Ltd does not accept any liability for goods signed for and subsquently disputed. We will refund your postage costs and arrange the replacement / refund within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
Please note that in order for a refund of postage costs to be arranged, a postage receipt from the post office must be included with the goods.
