Cookie Policy

What are cookies?

‘Cookies’ are small text files that are stored by the web browser on your computer or mobile phone. Websites use these files to store information such as personalisation details or the contents of a shopping basket. Learn more about cookies at

We use cookies on the Simply Fires website to track user activity on the site and to enable various types of functionality such as signing in and using our shopping cart. If you do not wish these cookies to be tracked you can disable them in your browser, but this may negatively effect your experience on the site.

Cookies we use

To keep track of shopping cart data and enable functionality, we make use of the following cookies:

  • wordpress_test_cookie
  • woocommerce_recently_viewed
  • woocommerce_cart_hash
  • woocommerce_items_in_cart
  • wordpress_logged_in_
  • wp_woocommerce_session_

The first four cookies contain information about the website and shopping cart as a whole and helps the website to know when the cart data changes. The final two cookies (wordpress_logged_in_ and wp_woocommerce_session_) contain a unique code for each customer so that it knows where to find the cart data in the database for each customer. No personal information is stored within these cookies.
