Timing of delivery

We shall deliver the products to you as soon as reasonably possible and during the order process, we will let you know when we will deliver them to you.

Free delivery is a curbside delivery service only – this means that the shipper will bring the package to your address, pull the truck up to the front of your house, load the package(s) onto the lift gate on the back of the truck, lower the lift, and push the package(s) onto the sidewalk in front of your house.

We are not responsible for delays outside our control:

If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.

Accepting the delivery

If no one is available at your address to take delivery, we will leave you a note informing you of how to rearrange. Where there has been a prearranged delivery day and nobody was available to take delivery of the product, we will charge for re-delivery of the product.

All deliveries must be accepted by someone 18 years or older.

If after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery, we will contact you for further instructions. You may be charged for storage costs and any further delivery costs. If despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery we will end the contract and refund any money you have paid in advance for products. We may deduct or charge you reasonable compensation for the net costs we will incur as a result of your breaking the contract.

When you become responsible for the products:

The products are your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the address you gave to us. Please check product before accepting delivery. It is the customer responsibility to report any damages or issues within 12 hours of accepting delivery.
