Refund and Returns Policy
You have 14 days to receive a refund. If your products are split into several deliveries over different days, you have until 14 days after the day you receives the last delivery.
You have 24 hours to cancel the order. Providing you with a full refund.

Please provide your name, email & order number reference.
If you end the contract for any reason after products have been dispatched to you or you have received them, you must return them to us. (You are responsible for shipping costs.) You must either post them back to us at the address provided or arrange Simply Fires to collect from you. We can only collect returns if you are within a 25 mile radius of our showroom TF11 9EW. (This is chargeable)
You must not return products to us until you have notified us and we have agreed on the means of returning the products with you.
If 14 days have passed since your purchase was delivers, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete our return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Will be subject to only a partial refund been granted or refund refusal.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please email [email protected] to arrange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your refund to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If Simply Fires are collecting the product from you, we will send a separate invoice to charge you the direct cost to us.
