Simply Fires was founded in 2003 by Andy and Carol, starting from the family home as a Gas Safe and HETAS-registered installation company. Over 20 years later, the business has grown significantly, but our values remain exactly the same—providing honest advice, quality workmanship, and exceptional customer service.

Today, we are proud to welcome customers to our beautiful countryside showroom, where we showcase a carefully selected range of stoves in a setting that perfectly complements both our products and the stunning Shropshire countryside.

As a family-run business, we are passionate about offering a personal service from start to finish. From your first visit to final installation, every stage of your journey is handled by our own experienced team.

When you visit our showroom, one of your first points of contact will be Charlotte, Andy and Carol’s daughter, who joined the business in 2014. Charlotte will guide you through our LIVE displays and offer honest, knowledgeable advice in a relaxed, no-pressure environment.

Following your showroom visit, we offer a free site survey and quotation to help explore the best options for your home. This is carried out by Andy or Luke, ensuring you benefit from experienced, practical advice tailored to your property and requirements.

Luke, although not family, feels like part of it,having been part of the Simply Fires team since the very beginning. Luke is a huge part of the business success. His loyalty, experience, and expertise reflect the strong values that Simply Fires has been built on.

With over 50 years of combined industry experience across the team, we pride ourselves on delivering trusted advice, quality products, and expert installation.

Once you choose to move forward with your project, our in-house team of HETAS and Gas Safe registered installers take over. Unlike many companies, we never use subcontractors—every installation is completed by our own trusted team, ensuring consistently high standards from start to finish.

Led by Luke, alongside Jack and Kayde, our installation team is regularly praised in customer reviews for their professionalism, cleanliness, and friendly approach.
